Mousetail Landing State Park is approximately 25 miles from the property. This is a 1,247 acre state park located on the eastern bank of the Tennessee River. The park was established in 1979, making it one of the most recent additions to the Tennessee State Park System. This park is known for its bass, bream, crappie, stripe, and catfish. Mousetail landing also has very nice campsites with hookups for overnight guests. Montgomery Bell State Park is another beautiful park located within an hour of the property. There are three lakes nestled in between 3,850 acre park. Visitors often soak up the sun or swim the beach shores. The Paris Landing State Park is another wonderful park located within 45 minutes from the property. This 841 acre park is located on western shore of the Tennesse River.
