Fact: No one likes cluttered cords. Unfortunately, they seem impossible to avoid. Whether you’re getting ready to sell your home or need to do a deep declutter of your space, I put together 3 quick and easy ways you can untangle your many cords and gain a little peace of mind!

1. Adhesive clips or hooks

You can find adhesive clips and hooks at your local hardware store. Place a couple of the hooks behind desks and in the kitchen to hook dangling cords and get them off the floor!

2. Binder clips

This one’s my personal favorite. Take binder clips and hook them onto the end of your desk at your office or at home. Slide the cord through the metal part of the clip and voila! No more needing to bend over backwards to grab your charger on the floor.

3. Use old bread tags

To organize all the cords plugged into the power extender, take an old bread tag and wrap it around the cord with the name of the appliance to which it belongs. This is a great way to repurpose materials in your home and prevents someone from stealing your charger because they thought it was their’s!
