All you have to do is select your campaign, and get ready to watch your leads start rolling in!
But wait, there’s more! 😂 Each ad also comes with detailed reporting so you can see your leads and performance all in one place.
Let’s take a look at how it works.
Step 1: Set up a new campaign in the PropertySimple Ads Manager
When you log in to your PropertySimple account, you’ll notice that there’s a new tab on the left hand side- "Ads".
This is where you’ll be able to access your PropertySimple Facebook Ads manager. Here you can set up new campaigns, monitor the performance of your ads, see all of the leads we’ve generated for you, and check your ad analytics.
Simple Campaign Set-Up
We know you’re busy. That’s why we created a system that detects all of your new listings and upcoming open houses in the MLS, and automatically generates recommended ad campaigns for you.
When you go to your Ads manager, you’ll see all of your recommended ads. Starting your campaign is easy- just click “Run This Campaign” on the recommended ad that you’d like to run.
If you don’t see your open house or new to market listing in your recommended ads, you can scroll down to “Start a New Campaign”, and select to run an open house, new to market, or rental property ad on any of your active listings.
Foolproof Ad Creation
The next step is choosing the text and information that will appear in your ad. To make things easier, if your open house is on the MLS, we’ll automatically pull in the address, date, and time of the open house for you, which you’ll see in your ad preview.
To further save you time, you’ll notice we’ve also filled in the text box with suggested copy for your ad.
If your open house isn’t on the MLS, or if you’d like to change any of the information we’ve provided, you can simply edit the date and time by clicking on the fields under “Open House Details”. You can also change the suggested copy for your ad by clicking the field under “Edit Copy”.
Set goals and generate leads
Finally, you’ll need to set goals for your campaign. This is where you’ll determine how many views and leads you want to generate from your ad.
You can move the slider to change your budget, and you’ll notice that the estimated number of views and leads will change based on the budget selected.
And just like that, you’re ready to submit your ad!
Step 2: Create and download your custom video
We've said it before, and we'll say it again: on social media, video content is king. That's why we've commissioned the company that designed video ads for Airbnb & Spotify to create a custom video for your listing.
Your video clearly displays the information about your new to market listing, open house, or rental property in an engaging and eye-catching format, strategically designed to convert.
Your video is completely customizable and only takes a few minutes to create. After you submit your ad, you'll be taken to a screen where you can select the photos that you'd like in your video. Here you can also change any of the text that we've pre-filled for you.
When your video is ready, it's time to start sharing to all of your social media channels. Download your video and post it all over the internet, or share it directly to your Facebook pages with the "share" button in your PropertySimple Ads Manager. Once you've posted your video, remember to ask your friends and and family to share it as well to get some extra exposure 😉
Step 3: Monitor your results with easy-to-understand ad reports
Once you’ve set your ad live, you can check back on it’s progress in the ads manager.
Here you will see your total budget, number of views, and leads generated. You’ll also be able to see how much longer your ad will run.
You can find your leads below your ad listed with their name, email, and phone number. Click “send an email” to follow up right away.
You can also export all of your leads by clicking “Export All Leads”
Never miss a new lead
As a real estate agent, we know that you are constantly on the run. It’s not convenient to log into your PropertySimple account multiple times a day to check for new leads. That’s why we’ll send you a text message and email notification every time we generate a new lead for you.
Understand your reach with detailed ad reporting
One of the biggest benefits of running Facebook and Instagram ads is that they allow you to reach people outside of your network. So, apart from reporting your leads, we’ll also provide detailed information on who you’ve reached with your ad.
We’ll give you a look at where your views came from (ie. Facebook or Instagram), and also a breakdown of the demographics of who saw and clicked your ad (ie. gender and age). Even if these viewers didn’t fill out the lead form, they still saw your ad, were exposed to your brand, and are more likely to recognize your real estate business in the future.
